We are three hostelry friends that one day we got together to set up a place of life food, good stew, stews, where the product was the most important.

The essence is the "Cocotte" (Cazuela), the only container, ideal for the kitchen that we are going to make. The philosophy is to recover old recipes, that do not disappear from our gastronomy, that young people know them and that they learn to cook them.
