A bar renowned for its pincho cuisine, featuring a long bar with an extensive selection of pinchos ranging from duck, sea spider, cod, crepes, to Iberian cured ham. The Chelsy was recently awarded fi rst prize in the Cazuelica week 2007 contest for small terracotta dish servings and was selected to participate in the Spanish Championship for the best pinchos bar, held in San Sebastian.
